Frequently asked questions
When does a referral count as 'successful'?
As soon as a customer referred through your link converts from the 14-day trial to a paid subscription. Pentest purchases also count (20% of pentest revenue).
How long does the commission run?
6 months from the customer's first paid month. If the customer cancels earlier, the commission stops.
When and how do payouts work?
Monthly, on the 15th of the following month. Payout via SEPA or Stripe Connect. Minimum payout: €50.
What tracking method is used?
We use Dub.co as the referral platform. Clicks on your link are attributed via cookie for 30 days. Last-touch attribution.
Can I refer my own clients?
Yes. The prerequisite is that the client isn't already an existing Matproof customer and arrives on matproof.com through your link. Existing customers don't count.
Is there a minimum referral quota?
No. No contract, no quota, no termination period. You earn if you bring customers. Otherwise you don't.
