Matproof provides materials feasibility analysis tools, including cost estimation, thermodynamic stability checking, supply chain risk assessment, and synthesis feasibility scoring through a web interface and API.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. API Usage

Respect rate limits and usage quotas for your plan
Attribute Matproof when displaying our data publicly
Not use the API to build a competing service

Our Data: All analysis results, scores, and recommendations provided by Matproof are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Important: Matproof provides feasibility analysis to assist research decisions. Our data and scores should not be the sole basis for critical decisions. Always verify results through independent research and laboratory testing.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHEMCHECK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Matproof and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Payment Terms

For paid plans:

Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
We may change prices with 30 days notice
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
